Steven Juarez, CPA

Steven has over 20 years of experience as a CPA and strategic business advisor. Prior to founding his own CPA firm, Steven began his career with Ernst & Young – a leading global accounting and consulting firm. He also worked for leading regional and national CPA firms where he gained significant experience providing tax planning & compliance and consulting services to individuals, emerging growth and middle-market companies in a wide variety of industries.

Steven’s experience apart from public accounting includes roles as Corporate Controller for a publicly traded distribution company, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a leading, privately-held manufacturer, and management consultant to emerging growth and Fortune 1000 firms. In these roles, Steven provided financial leadership and added significant value to all areas of the enterprise including: accounting and financial reporting, treasury and cash flow management, debt-restructuring and banking relationships, financial planning and complex financial projections, corporate tax, pre-acquisition due diligence, information technology, and operations.

Steven’s combination of tax experience as a CPA, and as a financial leader for entrepreneurial businesses, provides him with the perspective necessary to recognize the unique financial concerns of his clients – individuals, business owners and executives, and family or closely-held businesses. Steven derives great satisfaction from being his client’s trusted advisor and part of their team, where his experience is utilized to aggressively solve complex issues, increase profitability, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Beyond his commitment to his clients, Steven’s interests include golf, basketball, hiking, travel and community service. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
